For Respite Providers
When you’re providing respite, you’re providing a lifeline to a family caregiver.  Whether you work with an agency, or provide respite on your own, your services are needed!

Listings in the Idaho 2-1-1 Respite provider directory are reserved for non-profit, governmental organizations, or those who offer free or reduced services.  To learn more about the requirements and application process, visit our Resource Page.

Be an Advocate
Join family caregivers across Idaho as we work to raise awareness of this important issue. Caregiving is the universal occupation and very few of us will slide through life without knowing the joys, heartache, exhaustion and exhilaration of caring for a loved one. Here are a few things you can do:

  • Contact your state representative and let them know that caregiving is important to you. Encourage legislators to introduce bills and legislation on behalf of family caregivers. Find out who your legislator is.
  • Join the Idaho Caregiver Alliance
