Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program 6/2010
The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides eligible households with a one-time benefit to help provide heat during the winter. The program is available November 1 through March 31 or as long as funding is available.
Household eligibility is based on income (150% of FPG or less).
You can apply for LIHEAP assistance at your local Community Action Partnership office. Contact the 2-1-1 Idaho CareLine to get the contact information for your local office. Dial 2-1-1 or 1-800-926-2588.
